“Even before he started playing, I said it—I want to work with Yusuf and help him develop. In Turkey, culturally, people expect to see fully ready players. But Yusuf is very talented. He must keep his feet firmly on the ground. He has gained valuable experience during this period. He is intelligent and hardworking. However, he must always remain grounded.”
